Today Shelby and I had a sushi picnic in Sherwood park. She's such an amazing girl! She's so focused on her future and her life and how she wants to serve God. Wow! As we munched on raw salmon (well, she just had avocado rolls) we talked about friends and college and boys (ick!) and life in general. She's always been annointed with a basic wisdom from God. Like, since she was about 3! She's looking forward to interning in Vertigo next year. She's already planned her schedule out to go visit middle schoolers at lunch to just hang out and encourage them. Her passion for middle-schoolers and her patience with them is a miracle in itself!! She is one that actually uses "MySpace" in a positive light as she checks on "her kids" and encourages them and keeps up with what they're doing!
